UFO 50 Bingo Active Recall Tool

What the hell is this?

This is a simple little training tool I came up with (with some valuable suggestions from May) that allows you to try random UFO 50 Bingo goals (given a BingoSync copypasta JSON) for practice purposes.

The tool keeps track of every attempt you've made, the average time, and the best time for every bingo goal. Your progress is saved automatically everytime you hit "Done" on a goal.

How do I use this?

First and foremost, you must have a BingoSync copypasta saved into a JSON file. I took the liberty to include one (BINGO_STUFF.json) in the ZIP files for download

Once you pick a file, the bingo goals will be picked at random and thrown at you as follows:

First, a brief period to get ready...



Then, time to go!


From this screen, hit "DONE!" to submit your current time, or "skip" to go to the next goal. Everytime you submit your time, your own personal save file is updated.

On the right side of the screen, you can see your total number of attempts, the average time of each attempt, and your overall best time for that particular bingo goal.

When you beat your PB, the following message will appear:

Okay, one more question: where can I find my personal save file?

I'm glad you asked! Your personal save file should be in one of the two following locations:

Linux: ~/. local/share/godot/app_userdata/UFO50 Bingo Active Recall/records_save.json

Windows: %APPDATA%/UFO50 Bingo Active Recall/records_save.json

Is this only for UFO 50?

The astute observer might notice that there is nothing in this program that makes it UFO 50 specific. Unlike my training dummy, which has to keep track of stuff like golds, cherries, gifts, leaderboards and special collectibles, this program is entirely about the bingo JSON you feed it at the start.

This being the case, feel free to use it for any games you have a BingoSync JSON for.
