Version 1.1.0: settings screen, prompts to continue, pause buttons, future plans, oh my!

Most updates here come from Morzis's suggestions! In a future update, I intend to also incorporate Tutes's suggestion to make it possible to see all your attempt times without needing to open the JSON.

Added a simple settings screen:

As well as the ability to pause the game (with either the mouse or by hitting a shortcut key):

Also, added the option to get prompted before moving to the next goal (and the option to retry the previous goal too!):

If you toggle "Prompt before moving to the next goal", this screen should appear whether you beat a goal or chose to skip it!
