Handling "on this card" goals: introducing the "get_games_from_other_cells" property.

With the introduction of goals like "get 8 gifts from games on this card" and "get 3 cherries from games on this card" by the UFO 50 Bingo team, I had to include a way to handle such goals within the training dummy. You can now insert the following (optional) boolean property in special_type cards: get_games_from_other_cells.

What this does is, when verifying what games are available to complete the special task, the bot will take the games from the lists of games from other cells within the Bingo card. For example, if the bingo card you rolled has a Velgress goal, a Fist Hell goal, a Campanella goal, and some other games, the following goal will have to choose eight gifts among those games:

This is a pretty exciting goal type because, in essence, its true difficulty and strategy depends a lot on the bingo card rolled, which will probably add all kinds of new strategic depth to the game.

The updated Training Dummy JSON will be coming out once next season's Bingo JSON is officially declared closed! Keep an eye out for that!
